Dal prossimo anno vorrei iniziare un progetto del tutto nuovo, che consiste nel realizzare una piccola serie di modelli uguali. Ho pensato a lungo su quale poteva essere il soggetto, senza dubbio una Formula 1.
Diversi piloti e monoposto hanno lasciato il segno in un epoca di corse. Inizialmente pensai ad una Ferrari, un classico oserei dire, ma qualcosa mi condusse verso un'altra vettura ed un pilota meno famigerati dei loro avversari, ma sempre di tutto rispetto.
Nel 1987 la Williams riuscì a conquistare il mondiale tanto desiderato l’anno prima. Penso che la Fw11B debba essere ricordata come uno dei “missili” su strada che segnò quell’epoca poi cosi non tanto lontana, ma diversa dai tempi odierni.
La serie che vorrei realizzare è basata sull’ottimo kit della Tameo, più precisamente il WCT 087 Williams Honda Fw11 B di Nelson Piquet, ma con tutte le migliorie e le modifiche del caso. I pezzi che compongono il modello sono poco più di 300 e nel mio programma è previsto il rifacimento pance,cofano, sospensioni, aggiunta di dettagli mancanti e cablaggi.
Un modello che penso non debba mancare nella propria collezione. Proprio per questo mi rivolgo ai collezionisti, se interessati contattatemi, ne discuteremo assieme.

In 1987 Williams managed to conquer the much desired world championship the year before. I think the Fw11B should be remembered as one of the "missiles" on the road that marked that era not so far away, but different from today's times.
The series that I would like to create is based on the excellent Tameo kit, more precisely the WCT 087 Williams Honda Fw11 B Nelson Piquet, but with all the improvements and modifications necessary. The pieces that make up the model are just over 300 and in my program there is a makeover of the bonnet, suspension, addition of missing details and wiring.
